The reality is quite the opposite. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring us everything you have. Images that, for some inexplicable reason, feel right. Ideas that were mentioned once but got cut because they seemed impossible to execute. A joke that made the room roar during a planning meeting and is still being quoted today.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don't worry about not being ready enough. Don't postpone the conversation because the brief isn't set in stone. Just come. The same concept works completely differently in a hall with high ceilings versus a low basement room. The sooner we know the specifics of the space planned for your event, the sooner we can reach the right ideas.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Where is the event taking place?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe the space \u2013 size, layout, height, light, color, floor, anything unusual? (A floor plan of the room\/s is also an ideal addition) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the venue accessible by vehicle, and are there any restrictions when moving inside the building?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How is the movement of people planned during the event?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is planned to go where in the room (e.g., stage, catering, audience seating area, etc.)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#d9c2a2;color:#d9c2a2\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DRAMATURGY<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why is this important?<br\/><\/strong>An installation that greets a guest right at the door is something entirely different from one that only reveals itself at the end of the evening. How and where people encounter the work changes the nature of the encounter. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At what point during the event should guests experience the work?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is it stationary throughout or should it emerge during the event?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the installation a so-called \"central element\" in the room, should it be a surprise, or rather something that one must intentionally enter?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#d9c2a2;color:#d9c2a2\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE PERSON<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why is this important?<br\/><\/strong>The most effective work speaks to the observer on a personal level. The more we know about those who will be in the room, the more precisely we can address them. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who is this event aimed at?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is your guest's reality \u2013 what do they encounter daily, and what is unusual for them?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What should the guest feel and think when encountering the work?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#d9c2a2;color:#d9c2a2\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BUDGET<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why is this important?<br\/><\/strong>Budget is not a constraint \u2013 it is a parameter. The budget helps us understand from the start whether we are talking about a central element of the event, a so-called eye-catcher, or moving towards an all-encompassing parallel reality. Both are doable.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What is the approximate budget for the edible installation?
